Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from the date the order is placed.  Arrival times vary depending on the shipping service selected.  We offer ground and expedited shipping. 


Where and how we ship

We ship all orders with UPS. Currently we only offer shipping within the US.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we currently only offer shipping within the US.


Tracking your shipment

To track your shipment, please use the tracking link included in your order confirmation email.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Wylie Welling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Return Policy

All items are final sale. Each piece is one-of-a-kind vintage and may show natural wear, variation in color, and signs of age. We encourage customers to carefully review all product images, measurements, and descriptions prior to purchase.



Sizing

How we measure

All garments are measured horizontally, laying flat, in inches, and detailed on each product page.

We recommend comparing these measurements to your actual measurements or a similar garment you already own for the most accurate fit. 


How is size + fit determined?

Our sizing is based on current Carhartt sizing.


Size Tags & Variability

When an original tag is present, it will be noted. 

For items with an illegible tag, we suggest a size equivalent based on current Carhartt sizing.

Measurements are provided to guide fit.

Products

How are products categorized?

Well Worn: Evidence of wear consistent with age.  Fading, softening, and minor repairs that contribute to the character of the garment. Items may have a new Carhartt zipper or other hardware

Archive: Rare or highly collectible pieces with unique historical or aesthetic value.


What’s the difference between Well Worn and Archive?

We designate extremely aged and rare products as Archive. All other styles are categorized as Well Worn.


How should garments be washed and cared for?

We suggest washing garments in cold water with natural detergent, lay flat to dry.


How often are new products released?

Drop timing varies. Availability is limited, and items are not restocked.


How do I understand the condition of a product?

Product condition is described in detail within the product description.


What Does “one-of-one” mean?

Every piece is unique. Once sold, it will not be restocked.


What Level of Wear Should I Expect?

All items show signs of previous wear. This may include fading, distressing, or repairs. 

All items are photographed professionally and showcase each garment’s individual characteristics.

A description of condition and repairs is noted in the details section of each item. 


Will Items Have Imperfections?

Yes, these characteristics are inherent to vintage and are part of what makes each piece distinct.


Are Items pre-washed or cleaned?

All items are professionally laundered.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay and other accelerated checkout methods available at checkout.

All prices are listed in USD.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.


Do I Need an Account?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save information for future purchases.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

All items are final sale. Please inspect garment photos before placing order, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and has its own inherent characteristics and wear. 


Do you offer Gift Cards?

Digital gift cards are available for purchase.

Gift cards will be delivered electronically and can be forwarded to the recipient.

Gift cards are final sale and do not expire.


How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter the gift card code at checkout.

You can check your balance using the link provided in your gift card email.
